Tokensguru ("Tokensguru", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered content generation and brand intelligence platform built to help marketing teams, creators, and enterprises produce high-quality, on-brand content at scale across social media, email, campaigns, and digital channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our website ("Site"), platform, APIs, content tools, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy does not apply to our practices relating to Tokensguru job applicants, employees, or contractors. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information you provide directly

We collect personal information that you submit to us when registering, using the platform, or communicating with our team:

  • Contact Information: name, work email address, job title, and company name
  • Account Information: username, password, brand workspace settings, persona configurations, and team member details
  • Brand & Content Assets: brand guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, audience personas, content briefs, campaign assets, images, and copy you upload or connect to the platform
  • Payment Information: billing name, address, and payment method. All card transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our systems.
  • Credit & Usage Preferences: credit balance preferences, auto-recharge thresholds, and transaction records associated with your content generation usage
  • Support & Communications: messages submitted via support tickets, in-app chat, email, or feedback forms
  • Feedback & Research: product ratings, feature suggestions, usability responses, and satisfaction surveys

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you interact with our Services, we and our technology partners automatically collect:

  • Log & Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs
  • Usage & Activity Data: pages visited, features used, content generated, AI prompts submitted, session duration, click paths, and error events within the platform
  • Location Data: approximate geographic location inferred from IP address
  • Platform Telemetry: content generation counts, platform API call volumes, scheduled post activity, and integration usage patterns
  • Social Analytics Data: social post engagement data returned by connected social platforms (e.g., impressions, reach, clicks) as surfaced through our analytics dashboards

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Identity Providers: If you authenticate via Google, Microsoft, or other identity providers, we receive profile data permitted by your settings
  • Enterprise Administrators: Enterprise or team administrators may provision your account and provide your name, email address, and role
  • Business Data Sources: We may obtain contact or firmographic information from B2B data providers to better understand our customer base and improve outreach

3. How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provision, operate, and deliver the Tokensguru platform, AI content generation engine, scheduling tools, and analytics features
  • Authentication & Security: To verify identity, manage workspace access, and maintain the security of your brand account
  • Customer Support: To respond to support requests, technical inquiries, billing questions, and account issues
  • Product Improvement: To improve platform performance, AI model quality, content relevance, and persona accuracy through usage analytics and feedback
  • Personalization & AI Features: To power Avatar Studio, Consumer Profile Intelligence, and audience persona features using brand and demographic data you provide
  • Communications: To send transactional emails (billing receipts, security alerts, account notifications) and, where permitted, marketing and product updates
  • Analytics & Reporting: To generate aggregated, anonymized insights about content performance and industry trends for platform benchmarking
  • Safety & Fraud Prevention: To monitor for fraudulent activity, abuse, policy violations, or unauthorized access
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

5. Your controls & choices

5.1 Account & profile data

You may review, update, or correct your personal account information at any time through your Tokensguru profile settings. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected].

5.2 Email & marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing and promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any such email. Transactional communications, including billing confirmations, security notices, and account alerts, cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

5.3 Cookies & tracking

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or via our cookie consent banner. Certain cookies are strictly necessary for platform operation and cannot be disabled without affecting functionality such as session management and authentication.

5.4 Social & CRM integrations

You may disconnect any connected social platform or CRM integration at any time through the Tokensguru integrations settings panel or directly through the third-party platform. Disconnecting an integration will stop future data syncing; previously collected data will be retained in accordance with your account settings and this Policy.

5.5 AI-generated content

Content generated by the Tokensguru AI engine is associated with your account and brand workspace. You retain ownership of your brand inputs and the content outputs produced on your behalf. You may delete generated content from your workspace at any time.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law or regulatory obligation. Brand assets, content libraries, and workspace data will be purged in accordance with your workspace settings or upon a verified deletion request.

7. Data security

Tokensguru employs enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Role-based access controls and principle of least privilege for internal teams
  • SOC 2-aligned security operations with continuous monitoring and alerting
  • Regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and a defined incident response plan
  • Strict vendor due diligence for all third-party processors with access to personal data

No security system is entirely immune to breach. In the event of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and industry best practices.

8. Children's privacy

Tokensguru's Services are designed for professional, marketing, and enterprise use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. 9. Third-party links & integrations

Our platform may include links to third-party websites, social platforms, CRM tools, or partner services. This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those third parties.
